Tremendous, efficient and effective service. Renewable Assist came to our aid when we realised that our solar panels had been poorly fitted and were slipping off the roof. Kate (who I believe) runs the operation - was not just helpful, responsive and knowledgable, but proactive (getting in touch about things, trouble shooting.) So refreshing (and unusual) not to having to chase a trades company. Ben (the solar expert/roofer who fixed the issue) was efficient, effective and knowledgeable. The scaffolders were courteous and effective too (another rare combination in our experience) Highly and unequivocally recommended.

To cut a long and boring story short we needed help following the reinstalling of our solar panels after a new roof. Kate was so helpful and knowledgeable from the minute we phoned her yesterday to the final stages today and comes across as genuinely enjoying her job! Ben came and completed the installation of a new inverter this morning and is a lovely guy who completed the task quickly and efficiently. We can’t recommend this company highly enough.

I used their services for a G99 application as i required an upgrade from a 3.6 to 5kw inverter. Very efficient, I was kept updated with its progress, provided with approval paperwork and they notified the DNO on my behalf once the new inverter was installed. Great service that took the hassle out of all the complicated form filling.
