(1 Stern) Ich habe ein Macbook mit 512GB Festplatte bestellt (um über 1000€), habe keine Versandbestätigung oder ähnliches erhalten und nach über einer Woche nachgefragt, wo dieses bleibt. Nach einigem Hin und Her habe ich das Macbook nach über 2 Wochen zugestellt bekommen, in einem katastrophalen Zustand mit einem China Nachbau Ladekabel und 256GB Festplatte !!! Nach Anforderung des Rücksendeetiketts kam keine Entschuldigung, Einsicht oder dergleichen. ABSOLUT ABZURATEN ! UPDATE: (5 Sterne) Zweite Chance hat sich nach dieser Rezension mit mir in Verbindung gesetzt und mir versichert, mir ein neuwertiges Gerät in OVP mit originalem Ladekabel zukommen zu lassen. Der Versand ging super schnell (2 Tage) und das Gerät sieht von außen wie ein komplett neues Macbook aus. Hätte es die oben erwähnte Vorgeschichte nicht gegeben, wär ich anstandslos begeistert. Ich werde das Macbook nun noch einige Tage testen, sollte alles super funktionieren, kann ich den Service von "Zweite Chance" empfehlen (auch wenn es anfängliche Schwierigkeiten gab).

Ik had een I-phone besteld bij Refurbished maar werd door Tweedekans geleverd. In eerste instantie de verkeerde telefoon. Erg slordig. Maar de batterij heeft nog maar een capaciteit van 91%, en dat vind ik erg laag. Niet goed dus

I'm not feeling great about the situation I'm currently involved in with this company. first is the shady and confusing business structure. I bought a phone through refurbed.at, and so far their customer service have been quick and helpful, but they are a reseller and one of their suppliers is this company, which also apparently runs at least one other refurb shop. apparently i have to deal with tweedekans customer support through refurbed.at to get my problem solved, but i'm ahead of myself. The phone arrived quickly after purchase. BUT, the phone i got had a broken camera. i got it touch with refurbed.at immediately and then through to tweedekans support right away, and the return and replacement seemed to go quick at the start. i sent it in the next day and then waited. and waited. 2 weeks until the replacement showed up. It showed up with a working camera, and a defective battery. This time, the customer support has not been so fast to reply, have left me hanging without a solution now for 8 days. I have sent them all the info they ask for to prove that the battery is defective (the phone turns off at 63% charge, or it drops 1% every few seconds when you open any app. a 3 minute phone call can drain the battery entirely, or not, depending on who knows what.) but they are responding very, very slowly. like i said, i have refurbed.at inbetween us in the sales chain, and they are quick to respond and seem genuinely interested to fix the issue. i'll update this when/if a resolution is reached and crosspost my experience on their page as well. -------- UPDATE 1: after waiting 8 days, refurbed.at upgraded my customer support ticket internally and in reponse, 2 days afterwords, I received a whatsapp chat message directly from the CEO of Tweedekans. He apologized about the situation, assured me that it's not normal and has offered to send me a replacement phone with a new battery in advance of me sending back the one I have. We'll see how quickly it arrives and then on to the next update... -------- FINAL UPDATE: Well it's been a longer purchasing process than normal, but in the end, the CEO of Zweite Chance (somehow a part of tweedekans and refurbed's reseller network) messaged me directly and offered a new phone sent immediately, apologized that i got twice bad luck. he said 3% on average of the devices have an error that slips through the checking system and i was doubly unlucky. but he made up for it by sending me the replacement with a new battery in it before i had to send the defective one back, so that is a satisfactory end to this story! All in all, this squeaky wheel got the grease and i'm happy with the product i received. i fully support refurbishing tech products and the right to repair, more people should treat it like normal, to NOT buy a brand new phone every year, to get more use out of the tech we have, and to make upgradable hardware, a trend that all of the major tech companies are going away from.

Voor een uitstekende prijs een bijna nieuwe PS4 dual shock 4 controller gekocht. Volgens mij (als ik de sticker die er op zit bekijk) gaat het om een gereviseerd model. Verder heeft mijn product lichte gebruikssporen. Maar voor een product dat werkt en garantie heeft zoals een nieuwe kan ik daar niet over klagen. De controller was een dag na betalen al ontvangen wat helemaal top is. En ook de mogelijkheid om te kunnen betalen met paypal gaf mij veel vertrouwen. Wat mij betreft is tweedekans een aanrader!
