The turnaround time between placing and receiving the order was much shorter than expected. I later had a question concerning the watch, contacted REC and they responded quickly. The customer service representative was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The watch is beautiful! I have nothing but good things to say about this company and their product.

We liked the ease of ordering the watch and having 10% off our order. However did not realise that it would cost over 400 Australian dollars to have it delivered via DHL. To Australia.

A few years ago, I saw an advertisement for REC Watches' RJM series. As someone deeply interested in World War II, especially the planes and tanks, and looking for a quality watch, it caught my attention. I bought one and have worn it daily over the past few years; it still works perfectly. Last year, I purchased the X4009 model, which was delivered recently. This watch also exceeds my expectations. It's wonderful to own a piece of history, and these timepieces are excellent additions to any collection. Additionally, their customer service is outstanding; they respond promptly and provide thorough assistance. I eagerly look forward to the next plane or tank-inspired watch. Keep up the excellent work :).

A unique opportunity to own a piece af history, to honour a brave pilot, and to help restore the Spitfire X0009. It is well made, handsome watch, quite worth the wait. It came elegantly packaged. REC kept me informed and I knew it would take time for the special order. It is a great conversation piece. I have ordered a second REC watch as well

Love this watch - a really unique timepiece and wonderful concept supporting the restoration of the BoB spitfire. Great finish and appearance. Communication from the REC team has been first class.

The watch itself is amazing but the band has some of the cordage coming apart. The clasp is really nice, I didn’t like it at first but I love it now.

I still have not received the watch I ordered in September. Update: We received the watch and my husband truly loves it. There was a problem with FedEx but customer service at REC handled it very professionally. Thank you!

This company makes great watches that are unique and limited in production which to me is very important. Plus they use parts and materials that have historical significance with aviation and motorsports. Plus they look cool and are well made.

Great Products and excellent customer service.

I bought 2 watches from REC, they were very good looking but neither of them kept good time. The Spitfire inspired watch also developed a fault, making it hard to set, and the self winding pendulum would rotate when manually winding. Returning the watches was not an easy process because the company is in Denmark. I was sent a video showing the watches on a rotating device, and was told that the watches were within their parameters.

I purchased a 901 Gunther werks watch. It's just what I wanted...... When I received it wasn't working, so I contacted REC who were brilliant, it was repaired under warranty, I also received a very generous discount and the shipping from DHL (£329),yes you read it. REC contributed to this too. Can't thank them enough. Ps....... Today I took my watch off to adjust it, I put it down to wash and my mischievous pomeranian pup has by some miracle has taken it and has been found with it on the lawn!!!! Gutted and angry with myself as it's damaged... I don't think it will get repaired under warranty but I have asked to see what they can do. Again, thenks to Yann and all his help.

Beware of hidden charges! It clearly states on the order confirmation, the shipping confirmation and the invoice free shipping by Fed-Ex. After my item was received I was emailed by Fed-Ex stating I owed them for importing the item from Denmark! I emailed REC regarding this and they have said it is due to Brexit and that it is in their Terms and Conditions! In other words in the small print! So on top of the cost of the watch I have a bill of £66.91 from Fed-Ex which I did not budget for! I would not have ordered the watch had I known! and I won’t be ordering from REC Watches again!

Kære REC watches Tak for en ualmindelig dejlig oplevelse ved at handle med jer. Ikke alene var I forstående og mega hjælpsomme da jeg blev brændt af med et ur jeg havde købt brugt, også et REC, men I sender uret lynhurtigt. Dertil kommer så en valgfri urrem gratis - tak. Da jeg så åbner pakken er der vedlagt et tryk af designstadier for uret og diverse klistermærker. Det skabte glæde og forventning, når nu min datter, som uret er til, skal åbne selve ur pakken. Min datter eeeellllssskkkeeeerrrr uret. “Far se lige en metalkasse det kommer i - det er så über cool”. Jeg er TOTAL fan af REC watches - gør mig bare til ambassadør for jer, I er i særklasse et godt urfirma - i særklasse. Vi “ses” en anden gang i butikken - det kan I godt regne med.
