Great workers and very polite but do wish there could be a better way of giving customers a time than saying between 10 and 2 for example.

5-star customer service! Absolutely no complain. Would highly recommend Our +13-year boiler started making tractor-style sounds and it got a full service maintenance done very quickly after calling Real Boiler servicing. Instructions of what pieces needed to be changed and why some bits and bobs were not functioning properly were given to use really clearly and in all honesty. Now eight months after the servicing was done (the boiler still going strong today), we got back in touch asking if we could receive a servicing certificate, which we did by post two days after asking.

First called them out February as my dads boiler was not working properly it was making a loud bag noise when starting up. Booked an appointment came out and inspected the boiler cleaned some parts of the boiler and it started working ok advised us we need to service boiler but that it could wait till the summer. 2 weeks later boiler stopped working again and called them out again this time there were parts that needed replacing was given a quote advised them to go ahead with repairs after repair was finished invoice was more than the quote we agreed that he would give us a free service so paid the invoiced amount. Came out for service in June carried out service said everything was ok but after service banging noise when boiler started was back my dad was by now annoyed as this was part of the original complaint and it sill had not been fixed called them back in they took the lid off the boiler moved some wires and then my dad got annoyed as no repair was being carried out and they had a heated discussion and then he just left with the lid still off the boiler tried to contact them would not return my calls and now the boiler has stopped working again and he still will not return my calls will be taking him to court as all the receptionist said is to send in an email complaint there is not a section on there website for complaints. I was not there so do not know what was said between him and my farther but I find it very unprofessional that he will not at least talk to me especially since the boiler has broken down again.
