Lots of promises none delivered Dealt with Lee originally and all came across well , contacted him 6 months before new deal was required - Then everything ended up last minute and Lee just stopped responding to my calls & emails - This was very disappointing as all he had to say was he couldn't help - not just go to ground Had to pay my accountant a lot to deal with Lee direct and had 3 months on a high rate mortgage so it has cost me nearly £2k for nothing !!!

RateSwitch have dealt with my mortgage a few times over the last few years. I wish I’d found them earlier as they saved me a lot of money, and their advice was second to none. One year, they suggested I just used my existing provider as it was a better deal, proving they’re genuinely there to get you the best deal possible. Lee who dealt with me took his time to explain everything in a language that makes sense, which I really needed, so I was able to choose the best option. If your mortgage is up for renewable, give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.
