Like many I am an early adopter of mobile technology. The downside is that I have a drawer full of phones that I no longer use. I promised myself that I would one day set some time aside and sell my unused HTC One M7, M8 and M9 phones. And like most people I never seem to get around to doing so. How convenient is that? And it comes with free postage to boot. And if for some strange reason I decide to change my mind, they post it back free of charge! (I always like to check out a new company that I haven't used before to test the water so to speak). And I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the pack arrived. Sent my iPhone 6 in after fully reading the terms and conditions which it met as faulty. I've never had it repaired, there were a few cracks on the screen & I was offered £90, which I jumped at as it was the best price I could find. Sent it off and a few days later was told that there was an issue so the revised price was £50, which I accepted (possibly a little hastily). I still feel the phone was fine for £90, no water damage etc. Their reasoning wasn't entirely clear as it said there was damage to the case or parts broken/missing. Obviously there was as the screen was cracked which falls under faulty in their T&Cs! Contact them before accepting a revised offer!
