Excellent service - what I ordered arrived in just a couple of days which is great considering I live in South Wales! I ordered it as a birthday present for my dad and he loved it. Would defo recommend 👌

Arrived at the shop only to find it closed that day due to site maintenance, apparently it had been posted on Facebook, if you actually use Facebook, but after phoning the shop “Carla” was very helpful and after placing an online order she even brought it out to the gate. Great service. A post on the website in the future may be useful. The Raer whisky in itself never disappoints.

Bought this for my daughters boyfriend in London, can only go on what he said which was that he loved it. He said it was beautifully smooth,not many young people like whisky but even his uni flatmates said it was really nice. All arrived quickly and was packaged well, the bottle is really nice as well. Hope you guys go from strength to strength.

Hi online was easy to use . I also requested to pick which saved Rear on delivery . Both bottles where going to Bahrain in the middle east as a gift. I did advise on my email. I was disappointed that the bottles where not wrapped or bagged as previously when I made purchases. Hence why not 5 ⭐️

Lovely whisky, nicest I’ve tried, great service when I forgot an item on my order and contacted them to add it on.

I found the bottle of RAER blended whisky by Jackton Distillery, whilst researching blended whiskies on the internet. I noted it had won the top award at the recent Scottish Whisky Association Awards, as the best blended whisky. So I decided to buy a bottle. I found buying the bottle on the internet very easy and got an email the same day to say it was packed and ready for delivery. The delivery firm they use picked it up and delivered it to my home address just over 24 hours later. Excellent dispatch time and delivery time. Looking forward to tasting the whisky now.

Second time purchase from this company, as always well packed and quick delivery. Only thing the bottles didn't have this time was the lovely added touch of the wrapping outside them. I emailed to question this but I am quite happy to say I got a quick reply and explanation as their website is being updated as the government guidelines are to reduced their packings outgoings and they are going to add it to the revised website. It definitely would not put me off from purchasing from them again. It was a lovely way to present a gift. Looking forward to seeing what their next product is.

I ordered both the gin and the new release of the olorosso. I had very helpful calls checking when I would be available to have these delivered( sorry - can't remember the dates)

I bought a bottle of RAER Oloroso early December and it was outstanding. So good that I immediately bought another as soon as it was available again. 24hr shipping for award winning whisky, what's not to like?
