My purchase was a Panasonic DVD recorder. I was disappointed to see you did not stock the lower priced model, which would have adequately filled my needs. Your salesman answered all my questions. The person he suggested to install was also competent. Thank you for your help.

When purchasing this product, we were promised free instalment and delivery as promoted all over the shop. Our fridge had been delivered and the drivers failed to instal the fridge left it in my garage and just drove off. I’m a 60kgs woman that clearly could not do so myself. Overall I’m really unhappy with this service. I had tried contacting the Elizabeth store multiple times for multiple days and never once got through or heard back. I’m very disappointed with this service.

ORDERING ONLINE I ordered a chest freezer online, paid in full and received an email to say that it would "probably" be ready for collection by a date 2 weeks later. I had to ring and find out that there was no stock in Australia and told it would be 2 weeks before any arrived. Two weeks later after phone calls, not all returned, was told that it was on its way, but then a week later I was told that Fisher and Paykel were not bringing a shipment into Australia for another 2 weeks. After almost 6 weeks from ordering it was agreed that we would take another brand of freezer, a different size but it was sourced quickly. The people handling the online orders we friendly and polite but there are obvious issues with stock from Fisher and Paykel. Having a way of determining availability quickly and accurately would help - or just buy in store.

Joyce Evitts bent over backwards and went above and beyond to assist us in being able to get the new washing machine we desperately needed on rental. We were very appreciative of the way Joyce kept us informed during what turned into about 3 hours of back and forth with finance. Many thanks Joyce, you are a treasure

Constantly stop taking direct debit payments when the money is there in the account forcing late fees and taking more money then needed
