Horrible experience. Never again. Vigorously onsold surge protecter that i cant use. Was yelled at over the phone tryiing to organise delivery and then they forgot to deliver on the day agreed.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received at radio rentals in Parabanks. I got my goods delivered at no charge to ensure that I got it in the time that was put in my email.

The person who served us was really nice and genuine. He was objective and thought outside the box. he was really down to earth and easy to talk with.

Good service

The sales team at the Colonnades store were extremely helpful and courteous. I enjoyed the experience I had with both the store manager and salesperson Sam. I was treated with respect but at a level where they didn't come across as pushy salespeople only out to make their commission from me. All in all I hold that store in high regard and look forward to seeking them out should the need arise for more gadgets and wizardry....and there will always be need for more of that.

The team and radio rentals elizabeth were absolutely amazing. I knew what i wanted before i went in which made it a little easier, i got exactly what i wanted and in such a short time. :) so happy with the customer service i recieved which was so friendly.

Lg tv stopped working after 8 months service department made it hard to book a time for someone to come and look at it that took 4 days, only to be told it needs to be taken away to be looked at, loan tv was forgotten and after another phone call to the service department i was told i would recieve a loan tv in 6 days what a joke. im still paying rent for a tv thats nor working and no loan tv. Poor form
