Poor service when I had to return the item. Item was not compatible with my equipment Service person did not appear happy to provide refund when they couldn't supply even a more expensive unit that would suit my needs. Eventually received a refund, and purchased TV at Big W

I have given 3 stars because original visit was appalling, the salesman was far too pushy and kept telling us what products we "could and couldn't" look at, we ended up with a fridge that was too tall. So for this I give 1 star, the reason they got 3 was because the store manager fixed us up with awesome customer service.

I would like to let you know that Kurtis at the Munno Para has exceptional customer service. He helped me choose a new TV & after I had purchased I had a question so popped into the store next day & he was only to happy to help. Then yesterday I bumped in shops & he stopped to ask how my 1st day back at work after breaking 3 ribs.
Delivery was quick...and free! The drivers were excellent and quickly moved the lounge to where I wanted it, unpacked it and took the rubbish away...all in under 10 minutes.
