Been waiting for seven days, was emailed straight after placing order to say it's on it's way. I phoned them today and they just said it's the courier's fault. Didn't appear to be interested at all.
No mistakes didn’t wait long for the delivery
These are slightly smaller than the pads which came with the Shark Steam Mop and are difficult ot fit. Its a struggle to get the Velcro to overlap and hold together securely..
