100% Stay away from this company, they are 1000% a bunch of Scammers out to get you and they pretend to be someone else or blame someone else for their own games. They robbed me twice and then promised to give me my money back and nothing. Then half a year later they call me back pretending to be someone else, new owners when it's the same guy called Bryan that stole my money and lied. He then said they can give me half price off when hello, you owe me my money back and you want me to pay for work I never even received when you owe me. Please stay away, unless you want to get robbed.

Nothing but a huge Fraudulent company that lie to customers to steal their money and then not send files, or anything else that comes with in packages selected. Stay away from this fake company. They will be hearing from my lawyers.

Not sure what happened here. Had a logo created and communication and design was great about 6 months ago. Just tried to have another logo created for a virtual brand and communication has been horrible. Almost 2 weeks no and no completed. Keep asking for updates and I get nothing.

It's been 6 months and still have not received my door hangers.

DO NOT recommend this garbage place they take forever to even get your logo done and when they do it’s nothing like you asked you even explain what they did wrong and they still send you the same one. Plus to top it off your money is not guaranteed you won’t get a refund if you dislike the product.

I waited 2 whole weeks for a trash logo and got ignored for for 1 week after the been saying it would be done that day -1 star DO NOT RECOMMEND they literally sent me the same logo over and over again just changing the word font or background color and that would be good enough I told them exactly what I wanted.I am now hoping for a refund

Have not received package i paid for on 4/20/23 and have blocked me on Facebook refuse to answer Brian pretty much stole my money wouldn't recommend at all

Rip off…. Placed an order they dont gather any information of my company or services, second there has been no direct communication since I placed the order no email back no answer of the phone. Calling my CC for a refund.

Big thanks to Bryan Cooper at rad logo design he help me create a awesome logo for my business. I was very impressed with there design. They won’t stop the design process until the customer is happy.

Horrible customer service they needed immediate payment and asked for previous work from other stated They will do a much better job. A month has passed they sent me 4 samples of the work very bad nothing close to what i requested and after i complained about how long they are taking they have blocked me on Facebook. Every time you message the company they act as if it’s a new employee that knows nothing about you or your project. Please STAY AWAY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
