I am always pleased with the results...I was however disappointed with the process of the last order...I had a few minutes left to use the code and your system just took my payment...I immediately emailed your company and no one responded...then I called however polite the person did not see fit to assist me or offer another solution. I have nothing against her she was doing her job...but I did learn a a valuable lesson.

I love the fact that Quick Transfers lives up to its name “Quick.” I also love that they are able to ship to me in the US Virgin Islands while other companies choose not to. That is the main factor for me as a crafter.
Yesterday afternoon (12/4/2024) I reached out to Quick Transfers to inquire about the cost to order a sample, so that I could see their work. I spoke with Kaylee who responded quickly and gave excellent customer service. Not only did they send me a sample pack at no cost, it literally arrived today (12/5/2024). Oh and they gave me a squeegee to apply the UV DTF transfers. The quality of the samples is superb and I look forward to doing business with them!

You are very inconsistent on your color, this is the third time I have ordered and than sent the same file and the color blue was darke than my file which I could live with, the last order was placed before 12 pm and it match the previous order, I than placed two more orders later on Friday and those two orders the blue was closer to the file I sent, you take care of the problem but the time it takes to fix is causing major problems for my business

Great turnaround time
I wholeheartedly believe this company is the best in its field, providing exceptional customer service that consistently encourages my return.
The ordering process is simple, prices are great, and turnaround is quick. However, the materials are inconsistent, and larger colored pieces don’t seem to last. I made a shirt with a full color image… shirt was pre washed, I followed the pressing instructions, turned out great but was only worn once then washed once (inside out on delicate) and the image is now wrinkled and peeling off. Very disappointing.
