My son knocked my Samsung TV off the stand, after an engineer from quickcover had a look they said it was beyond economical repair. Gutted but then someone from quickcover gave me a call later on that same day and said they will replace it for a brand new one and gave me a few options to choose from! Very pleased, great service.
