The company is using very absurd means to run their AML checks, recently companies house made it compulsory for the agent, director and shareholders to perform their own ID checks while forming any company and every agent follows the same but Quality Formation company I don't think have understood the instructions properly. My company had an account with them for over 3 years and in the first two years the account holder was a guy who no longer works in our company. He left an year back so we changed the account holder almost an year back. Now each time we form a company through Quality Formations they keep asking us to perform the ID checks of that employee who has left the organization 1 year back. His name is nowhere on the account or payment gateways yet we are asked to perform KYC checks on his behalf. Not sure how do we approach an ex employee to perform KYC checks. They don't even have a solution for this. Anyway, I was on the verge of cancelling my account with them and move to companies made simple until today where I accidentally purchased a Same Day incorporation package from them. My client paid me heavy amounts for the company to go live on the same day. But these guys dint even bother to reply to my questions. The emails I sent to them did not get answered for over 2 hours while its a same day incorporation I was expecting a swift response on my questions. I can provide screenshots if required. I have had enough, my company law team will definitely deal with them through suement meanwhile I don't recommend them to anyone who have urgent clients.

This company are nothing but a bunch of liars they promote customer services 24/7 which is merely a call centre taking messages for them and then there’s a total lack of doing anything they don’t help disabled people at all I’d use someone else

Apart from the 4 days delay of the companies house the service 5 start of QCF. This 4 star for only delay and especially the Credas verification app which is worthless and I submitted my passport 4 times before got approved.
