I baught a waterproof mascara from this company, but it was a little thick, dryish and on the clumpy side, but they were extremely quick to reply, they were very nice, understanding and apologised and didn't hesitate to replace me with another one straight away... I was delighted with the second one, and how quickly it arrived with no problem at all... I will continue to buy from this company as they have been more then fare with me, and good value for money too. Thankyou so much.
Although I had difficulties communicating (I only managed to get through Facebook Messenger) it is a trustworthy company, it sent the product correctly on time. I will definitely buy again
Tive problemas com a entrega, por parte do CTT, entregaram minha encomenda a algo chamado “Pó Rime” coisa que não faz sentindo na língua portuguesa. Entrei em contato com a loja e desde da compra até esse eventual problema, foram sempre muito atenciosos. Conseguimos contornar o problema. Super indico a loja, vou voltar a comprar com toda certeza. The price is very good, and the website is great, organized. I had a shipping problem, but they’ve answered quite fast and with attention. So the problem was solved and they took all responsibility. They were efficient, I like that. I was afraid of being ignored but they give me 100% support!
