Je raconte l'expérience en bref c'est une formation moyenne
Great customer service with quick and problem- solving responses. Good course location. The teaching was too much focused on the exam, whereas I was looking forward to learn more about the practical matters.
I recently completed the PRINCE2 certification training with QRP Belgium, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The course was well-structured, and the materials provided were clear and comprehensive. A special mention to our trainer, Guy, who made the course both engaging and informative. His deep knowledge of PRINCE2, combined with his ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and relatable way, really helped me grasp the methodology. He also encouraged active participation, which made the sessions even more valuable. Thanks to Guy and QRP Belgium, I feel confident in applying PRINCE2 principles to real-life projects. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional project management training!
Vidéo with a robot speaking made me feel asleep. The order could be better (everything is mixed, lack of coherence -> need to work on that) I would suggest to first introduce all processes with less details to understand how it works, and then speak about all practices Can't take easy notes (copy/paste would help the note taking for some important info) Yet, I succeed the exam, meaning the main important thing is here: the courses is complete enough (but could be nice to have more difficult questions in the tests on QRP similar to the exams (level on exam was a bit more difficult) Thank you for your time at reading my comment :)
De opleiding werd goed gegeven. Communicatie verliep vlot.
Training was alright, but after doing some of the training question, I noticed some topics that were never covered so I had to search them myself. Also, many question are FULL of mistakes, both grammatical as well as layout/design. Really NOT professional. All in all it was okay as a revision on the topic (I had already looked into stuff myself beforehand).
It was very well explained but not only that, our trainer made sure to go through things that were interesting to us, and to make sure to go through things we are already knew a little faster.
I followed a very insightful and well-given PMP exam preparation course, which I enjoyed very much. I learned a lot from the trainer, and also from fellow participants.
The trainer was excellent. He illustrated the theory with very relevant examples. And he knew how to keep people motivated. He was also very clear and structured. For me, he was the real plus point of the course.
The instructor made the course interesting and easy to understand. The organisers were trying the best to manage even some small technical issues we had. Overall it was a very good experience.
Good Training - interesting subject Competent Trainer
There was a really bad communication regarding this course. Before booking the class, I requested all the information. A few days after booking the course, I see a different venue in the confirmation e-mails. So no notification, you just had to notice it yourself (one person didn't and arrived too late the first day). I had already booked a hotel near the initial venue because I was told we would have the exam on the third day. I live too far to be able to study after class if I had to return home. Then it turned out, we can schedule our own exam and it's not during the third day. So I stayed in Brussels (at the wrong location) for no reason and I brought my laptop with me for no reason. Next to that, the course was really disappointing. I don't feel like I've learned anything new during the 3 days, while I do know I will have to study a lot to pass the exam. It feels like a waste of time and I should have just bought the course material and use the three days for self-study instead. Next to that, it seemed like there were a lot of mistakes in the course material, which doesn't look very professional.
Bonne formation
Nice training, very experienced trainer.
I liked the trainer and the way he conducted the training. Despite that, I am pretty convinced that, comparing the self study and the study done in the training, the training itself results as very minimal respect to the full preparation for the exam. Yes, I know that this was the agreement between Imec and QRP, but I would have preferred a more complete course where all the critical aspect could have receive enough time.
THis was great: the trainer is an experienced project manager who shared a lot of real-life examples, with expertise on different types of projects and different companies, and knowledge of the sector and of the different methodologies and certifications. This was less great: the trainer did not 'own' the slides and this made the training less efficient than it could have been.
