The order was ready in just a few days, the guys were very helpful in loading the sheets and they even filled a bottle with some screen wash after i asked for water as the washer bottle had ran dry.

The order system was very easy to use and the purchase was very straight forward but, then the service went down hill. I did not receive an email to say my order had been shipped as stated in the order confirmation; after I contacted the company on the Tuesday, I was told my order was out for delivery that day but it never arrived so I contacted the company and was told the Courier company ran out of time so it was being delivered that day. However, it never arrived and the same issue happened the next day and the company then told me they think it’s been lost in transit but could not send out a replacement until after Christmas. The process made my company look incredibly incompetent with my customer and as this product was for a cake room that the customer wanted built for a Christmas present for their wife, it did not leave them best pleased. The item finally got delivered on the Friday afternoon and led to me having to work very late the last 2 days before Christmas.
