They tell you with a bootcamp you can change your career, regardless of whether you have previous experience or a relevant degree. Well, this doesn't exist in the real world and actually is not true. In the real world, if you don't have either degree or relevant experience is really hard to get a job. Because employers are looking for people who either have a degree in this field or need to have the necessary experience in my case. With just a bootcamp of 3 months this is impossible. So, they lied to me. All they wanted from me was my money, because I paid the first installment for it. However, Christon told me that everything will be fine with the bootcamp. But it is not possible to get a job with just 3 months bootcamp while others who have 3 and 4 studying years of bachelor and master degrees.In addition, during the first and the second month while I was doing the course the tutor named Antesoy I had asked him some question for the course, but with no response. If there was the option for zero stars I would do it with great ease.

The classes have been very informative and the teacher has been fantastic at teaching us about data analytics.

I love the manner in which they teach. The tutors have the professional savvy in the practical and theoretical material they use to teach their students. This is the second course I have enrolled on to help me build a career in Business Analysis. The first course I paid a small fortune for through another unrelated but a well known learning provider. The training felt rushed and I wasnt fully prepared for taking the exam, which resulted in 3 failed attempts even with many hours of revision in between. Once they got my money, I didn't feel they cared about me passing or failing. My experience with Purple Beard feels completely different - you feel like they genuinely want you to succeed. The learning program is comprehensive. The trainer is super friendly, yet knowledgable and professional, and is always happy to help. There are lots of additional resources available such as employability and job hunt help, as well as guest industry speakers. I would recommend Purple Beard to anyone looking to enhance their existing skills or looking to start a new career.

I have to say that if your thinking of doing a bootcamp of any kind, do some research and learning. This will help you so much! at purple beard, I have found the teachers and the support staff approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. Yes its a bootcamp, we run through things quickly, but if your serious about changing career, spending 3 or 4 hours a week additional to the course is nothing. So after each bootcamp session, practice, learn, create and try things, then if you cant resolve them ask your tutor. Purple beard are excellent at this, the tutors will learn things just to educate you! But, and this is a big but, the whole idea of the bootcamp is to get you a job, change industry or improve your current job. Purple beard send out job lists with jobs that are completely irrelevant and ask for different skills to the ones you are learning, they even include training jobs at other bootcamp providers where you would have to pay lots of money to do their training. The general interview, cv, etc soft skills support is good, but they really don't try much with jobs in the northeast. I guess the main area for this company is London and that's where any companies they have links with operate. Also consider this if you are over 35, your chances in the IT industry are slim any way, ageism, look into it and look at the junior and trainee jobs in your area, this will give you an idea of opportunities. Without an introduction or relevant experience your chances of securing a related trainee/junior-level job are slim to zero. Try and find a bootcamp that guarantees you an interview, they are available!
