My first attempt this quarter to make a purchase was thrown out by your computer. I had completed it and had gone through the checkout and payment process all for nothing. It did manage to send and charge me for one item. I waited some days longer and set about reinstating my now smaller purchase and thankfully all was well and now I have the items I required.
