I first came across Purehealthyjuices when I was planning a 21 day fast. I wanted something that was healthy and would enable me to stay off food for 21 days. I initially purchased the 3 day cleanse but instead of having 6 juices a day, I had 4/5 juices a day and drank lots of water. I then purchased it a second time to complete the 21 days. The juices are delicious. You can also mix them with water and still have an extremely delicious drink. I only felt hungry when I saw other people eating or I smelt food. The juices were extremely satisfying and fulfilling. I succeeded in avoiding food the whole 21 days. After those 21 days and I was back to my normal diet I tried supermarket juices and they were vastly inferior to Purehealthyjuices. I really missed them so I keep purchasing them. I highly recommend.
