Nice perfume and nice bottle
Initially i didnt get what i ordered but it was resolved very efficiently. I ordered 'Hermes Terre D'Hermes Eau de Toilette 125ml spray refill 30ml' The picture was of the 125ml bottle used for refilling smaller bottles but only received a 30ml bottle. I emailed to query this but then thought i would call them. Someone called Kamran or Cameron answered the phone straight away. He checked the details and confirmed what i ordered but it was a one off glitch on the website where it was incorrect. He very efficiently proccessed a refund for my order and allowed me to keep the item. Obviously i still don't have what i ordered but thanks to their great customer service i have a complimentary bottle of 30ml edt. Thanks so much.
