Ordered tarpaulin in November . Paid nearly £70, must have looked at the wrong trustpilot review site as looked like good company - never arrived, no communication and now the whole website is down. Clearly a scam.
Scam. After chasing them for a few weeks they told me that they were sending an upgraded product which arrived from a completely different company. I ordered 1.6mm PVC sheet at £139.99 and received 0.5mm PVC sheet with a receipt for £36+VAT and they offered IT services to compensate when I complained. Avoid at all costs or you will regret it.
2 different trust pilot for this firm. Which is honest . I bought what said was correct for our fence and decking they tried to now say we did it wrong. Nope we read everything so it was correct . And did it right. You would right, you certainly would not want to go over it again. When it was 1st dome looked shiny and pukka . This is not even 1 year and 4 months . Its gone green like mouldy . Sane as the fence . There trying to say we bought wrong products for our decking and for our fence . If we washed swept stained prepared by rubbing it for hours with sander . Boiling hot heat. The products are wrong . Then were told it will be investigated . It was not as got a reply straight away . Why would you offer samples, if you say what your products are ment to do, so people think this is correct great I will get this and that . Discussed that these products are being sold. They don't last . Expensive.

Avoid this company. They do not actually exist in UK they just wait for orders then find a cheaper supply in Uk to ship to you I hadn't received my goods after 10 days so emailed to complain emails answered in the middle of the night. When goods did arrive the invoice was packed with in showing it had been purchased from eBay 2 days before delivery at cheaper price than I paid so thats a lesson learnt for me the trust pilot reviews on their website are clearly fake
Delivery was late and I had to chase up with numerous emails. Doesnt appear to be an actual premises in uk. Tarpaulin plastic I ordered is a thin as a plastic bag and is of no use whatsoever. Total waste of my time and money. Love to know where all the reviews are from that they’ve put on their website. Will not be using again.
