Not only did they rush through an order after we had been let down, their art team did a fantastic job. We are really really pleased with the lovely glasses and incredibly helpful staff who went above & beyond.
Charles and his team are very customer orientated and pleasant individuals to work with. They are thorough in getting the proofs right before final production. We used other companies before discovering PromoParrot and I can say the service and products are excellent in comparison to some of the larger well known names out there. Very satisfied with the end product.

Brilliant service fast delivery

The order, product and delivery were all fine, however, the overt communication with me and my two colleagues was totally off putting. We have had numerous telephone calls, a ridiculous number of emails and even after I have unsubscribed you still called one of my colleagues yesterday to get my email address again! It's not your team, they were friendly, it's that your marketing is too aggressive! I would have been happy to use you in future had this not been such a problem.
