Easy to contact and order even for an oldie like me

I received part of my order and had to use the contact box to advise of this. I had to complete this twice as they never replied back. I recieved 1 other item in the post days later but i am still outanding 1 more item and i have filled in the contact box again but have heard nothing. Will not be buying from them again

This product suits me. I have tried many balm or oil type products as I have arthritis in my wrists. It doesn't cure, it's not meant to, but it really does reduce the pain in my wrists and thumbs. I would not be happy without it. Thank you guys. Easy to order and arrived quickly.

I have the salve. I can honestly say it is the best thing ever. I work as a care assistant and after a 12 hour shift my back aches. As soon as I get home I put the salve on my back and within 30 minutes the pain is gone. Can't praise it enough

I have had no confirmation email, no goods delivered and the payment has been taken from my account!! I've emailed and phoned multiple times but no response!! Furious!

My partner suffers from severe arthritis in her hands. After seeing ProLife CBD oil being sold on a particular shopping channel on TV some years ago I purchased some. My partner found relief in this oil where she never found relief elsewhere, so for the last couple of years I have been buying it off that channel, always buying a good supply. My partner recently noticed that it suddenly stopped working as well as it used to, so I bought the higher concentration, which is really expensive for me, only to find the same problem, it no longer seemed to work as it did. The only thing that has changed is the carrier oil. I don't know why that should affect the stuff working, but it is the only difference and it must have some impact on the quality of the item. I am appealing to Pro-life to return to your former carrier oil, if not, I can no longer justify the expense and will no longer purchase this product because it no longer appears to work. At least do some testing to determine why the stuff appears not to work as well in coconut carrier oil.

order placed on 9 September 2023, have sent numerous emails and used the 'contact' function on the website twice. Left 2 voice messages to find out where my order is. State contact is 24/7, well that's a lie. Only takes a couple of minutes to provide an update on order this is now going to 2 weeks.

Over priced rubbish! They keep mentioning cancer ! It dose nothing for cancer! It's just a run off the mill cbd oil that's over priced! The cheaper version I've bought off ebay works better than this crap! Just a big rip off stay well clear!

I ordered2 cbd balms and only received one (which only had a 3 month shelf life). I have called and emailed without receiving any kind of response. The call either goes to voicemail or is screened by Google - buyer beware. I will have to contact my bank to sort out. But b careful ordering from this company

I have sent you email to return my order and have had no reply I tried to cancel on same night .I ordered 2 bottles of gemporia watching you promote your product I can not afford this xtra bottle at the minute would like to return it
