We used project blinds to install shutters to our front rooms of our house 3 in total. We have 1 very big living room window that has given us problems geting blinds to fit. From the offset this company was totally customer focused, the survey and sales visit was booked to our needs. When the guy arrived I was expecting a quick sales pitch but no, it was very detailed. I think he was here for around 3 hours going through every aspect of the different styles we had requested a quote on, and our concerns etc. He had photos of previous jobs on his phone, not glossy touched up magazine photos but real life this is how it could look. Once we had the quote the same guy came back to go through options again and offered to come back again or meet up in their work shop to see "complete" blinds not just the samples. Payment was straightforward. Delivery and installation was seamless the installer arrived, worked around us as both myself and partner work from home. Very little noise, the whole thing was done in about 6 hours. Very pleasant guy. Once installed we were shown the ins and outs of how to use the shutters and general upkeep and how not to damage them :-) After care for damage was explained before he left. I just felt really happy and assured that these shutters were a quality product, installed by a quality team and I have confidence that should I need them to come back for a repair it would be sorted in an equally professional and friendly manner. I highly recommend, if i could give 6 stars i would.
Have used Projectblinds before and were so pleased with them so when we decided to have shutters at the last bedroom without them we automatically used them again Cannot praise this company enough. Chris was his usual professional self and made the choice and type of shutters easy Today Lee fitted them and they are perfect. What lovely guys, such a great company.
I recently purchased and had beautiful pure white hardwood shutters fitted throughout my new house. Chris helped me to spec my requirements and Dave fitted the shutters when they eventually arrived after a 6 month wait! The wait was protracted due to various global issues not Project Blinds itself. The service and installation was impeccable. I could not believe that they actually removed the commercial rubbish and vacuumed after they’d finished. I highly rate this company. They are friendly and professional. The fitting of the shutters by Dave was impeccable and his advice about their use was equally outstanding. From start to finish, Project Blinds made choosing and purchasing our blinds an easy and enjoyable experience. Lots of choice and helpful advice. Blinds were fitted at a time that suited us and after the job was completed they left the house clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
