Awful customer service! Very odd, never replied to my husbands multiple messages we called and were told “the medicine will be on its way” then sent an email to say we have been refunded! Bizarre behaviour. Also their not cheap we went elsewhere and my husband is happier as saved him money!

While I have no complaints about the product or service from privatedoc.com, I would advise potential customers to explore other options for more competitive prices. Initially, I ordered the Wegovy 1-month pen from privatedoc.com at a total cost of £199 plus £4.50 for delivery. However, just a few days later, my wife found the exact same product online for only £139.00, which also included free delivery. Moving forward, I will certainly be more inclined to shop around and compare prices before making a purchase.
