My product arrived a day late but to be fair it was a royal mail issue . I believe now they are switching to a courier company which hopefully will resolve the problem. Excellent correspondence though..and very helpful . I will continue to use this company.

I am still waiting for the package to arrive. The tracking number for Royal Mails shows no movement since beginning of June. But the worst is the customer service, as they do NOT care about Customer, as they do not even bother to answer email, phone calls or WhatsApp... So No good experience at all Order ES 1291
