I had two scans I wanted vectorised and they were done quickly and carefully,i.e. checking that the colour matched before sending the resulting eps files to me. They also sent replacements when I lost them and separated an image from one of the scans for no extra charge.

The speed and contact was fantastic. The only issue I have is that when the company uses the file to produce badge it over run which is not something they normally experience and because it needs to be perfect I have to pay for them to correct the running.
