Prime Heating carried out the replacement of our gas boiler. The work went very well without any hitches from start to finish. It was not the easiest of jobs due to flue exiting through a pitched tiled roof. The technician conquered all problems without any drama, making an excellent job of it. Commissioning was comprehensive and hand over very thorough. A very good company to work with and will use them for the servicing plus any other plumbing issues.

Prime Plumbing were quick to respond to our initial call, attend to inspect to what needed to be done, quote for the work and then to carry out the work. The plumber who carried out the work was extremely polite, explained what he was doing and did it in a tidy and efficient manner. Good plumbers are hard to find, would definitely use again.

Called for a fast track service, didn't expect a call back an hour later that evening. Arranged a date to carry out a quote, very clear on their quote of works to be carried out with required extras etc. New boiler was installed on arranged date with no issues, even bricked up the old flue hole... Took two days to install new boiler, flush system etc. You may find cheaper but you get what you pay for. Quality service 100% recommended. Thanks :)

Fantastic service a telephone call within two hours I had a emergency plumber from Prime Plumbing and heating. Leaking tap the gentleman assessed the job, sourced the part fitted it. From the first call to Prime Plumbing & Heating when I spoke to Jess and then Cian I felt in safe hands. As I am approaching 80 years of age I am always nervous of who I invite into my home. I cannot praise Raece & Kamal enough for their professionalism and kindness to me and a job so well done.

The 2 fitters worked hard and tidily, completing all work on time and to a very high standard. They were polite and informative, as was the electrician they used. Would recommend to anyone and will certainly use in future for any other work.

All the original planned work was completed to the estimated cost. Some possible additional costs were identified in that plan and clearly explained to me. The work was carried out to a high standard. All the company staff were friendly and considerent; even one of my neighbours said the same. The timetable turned out to be a little optimistic for updating both my kitchen & bathroom but within my expectation for contingency. The main reason appeared to be because the main kitchen fitter was also the tiler.

Prime came highly recommended and I can completely understand why. Ricky came initially to quote for installation of 5 new radiators, disconnect fireplace gas, gas work in kitchen, he was also happy to recommend radiator companies to source designer radiators. His team did a stellar job, punctual and great workmanship. I have also used again for new boiler and conversion from water tank to system boiler and also annual boiler service. Overall very nice team (engineers and support team) and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Very professional impressed with their uniforms looked very smart and easily identified. Service carried out efficiently and engineer took time to explain how to identify any issues and how to react. Took time out to also check radiators which were also replaced at time of boiler installation Very polite and friendly delighted to be able to highly recommend.

100% would recommend this company, I have used them before and they did a fantastic job sorting out my boiler problem. This time I just required a boiler service which they did promptly and efficiently. I happened to mention a couple of my radiators were not heating properly, so while he was here, he sorted them too. I can't thank them enough, they will always be my go-to plumbing and heating company.
