I made an order on 11/29. I live in the US. I assume this is not this company’s first time shipping to the U.S. My order is delayed in clearance via FedEx because they need to provide the manufacturer id (MID). This seems like something that should’ve been done in the first place because I’ve never had this issue in the past shipping from another country. I’ve reached out to them multiple times for this so it can be released and they are not responding to my emails at all. It’s been delayed for 6 days now. I paid $22 to ship this stuff. It’s insane. I don’t think I would ever buy and ship anything to the U.S. from them again.

De producten zijn geweldig! Ik gebruik jaren verschillende producten en mijn krullen zijn nog nooit zo mooi geweest. Ook de service is top. Laatst heb ik een pakket vanuit DHL niet ontvangen en Hanan heeft meteen een nieuwe bestelling mijn kant opgestuurd. Betere service is er niet, topper!

I’m using Pretty Curly Girl products for a year, and honestly, my hair grew so much and became much more voluminous and healthy🤩 I really love the peppermint clean shampoo, it gives tingling feeling and freshness, Intense Moisture Deep Conditioner, after this my hair is so soft and smells very nice, Loving Leave-In Conditioner and omg, I adore the nee product Flaxseed Styling Foam, it makes curls so defined, shiny and voluminous, I get compliments every day, so happy to find these products 😍
The magical flaxseed gel werkt fantastisch voor mijn slag/krullen. Geeft echt stevigheid en krul.
Ik heb de leave-in en de flaxseedgel nu 2 weken in gebruik maar krijg niet het gewenste resultaat. Diverse manieren uitgeprobeerd (meer/minder van de één en minder/meer van de ander) maar mijn haar heeft nog meer pluis dan van te voren en zakt sneller uit. Heel jammer van mijn aankoop want goedkoop is het niet. Helaas voor mij niet weer

I love this shop! I tried a lot of products for my curly hair. Nothing worked out until I found the products of PrettyCurlyGirl. I am more than happy with these products. Especially the shampoo and the Gel for perfect results. The delivery is very fast and the costumer service is great!
Love the products but... I accidentally ordered the co wash instead of the shampoo. I sent an email within 10 minutes after my order. I got no response and the co-wash was delivered a few days later. Even though it is my own fault, it would be nice if you had sent me the shampoo. The price of the co wash and the shampoo is the same...

Update: the costumer support contacted me and solved the problem. The package was delivered successfully with FedEx. (13.10.2023) Failed to deliver to Switzerland (DHL). After 5 weeks: Neither products, nor money back. Seller contacted via Mail, got no answer. Dear seller, please contact me regarding the following order: order ID 02023-292267 reference #23205 order date 31-08-2023 I wish to have an answer to the Mail I sent yon the 29 September 2023 14:04h.
First of all, the quality of the products are amazing! Second of all, the service is beyond good. Even when DHL screws up, they fix it immediately without any difficult process.
Pretty Curly Girl is waanzinnig! Ik gebruik er veel producten van zoals de intense moisture deep conditioner en de intense protein deep conditioner voor mijn highlights. Voor de styling gebruik ik graag de strong hold gel en de bye bye frizz serum. Zo ook de diffuser cap als ik niet veel tijd heb. 10 minuutjes föhnen en mijn haar is 90% droog. Met de diffuser een beetje bijwerken en klaar! Echter had ik met dit product wat problemen. Na contact te hebben gehad met de eigenaresse kwam ze snel met een fijne tegemoetkoming. Ik ben heel erg tevreden, topmerk! ❤️ Pretty Curly Girl is amazing! I use a lot of products such as the intense moisture deep conditioner and the intense protein deep conditioner for my highlights. For styling I like to use the strong hold gel and the bye bye frizz serum. Also the diffuser cap when I don't have much time. 10 minutes of blow drying and my hair is 90% dry. Touch up a bit with the diffuser and i’m done! However, I had some problems with this product. After contacting the owner, she quickly offered a nice compensation. I am very satisfied, top brand! ❤️
