I was shocked at the expense of the product but I had to have some pens urgently. I was also surprised at the amount I was charged for carriage. I have since found an alternative for less than 10% of the price.

The lovely young woman who dealt with my enquiry was very knowledgeable about all their products. She gave great recommendations and emailed back straight away for all my in depth questions. There was a problem with the delivery courier and she sorted it out ASAP ensuring that my son received it in time for his birthday.

Enquired many months ago about a particular product. Although we were not ready to place an order, Presentation Media kept in touch regarding our needs. Once ordered and payment made, goods were delivered promptly.

I have had a number of dealings with Presentation Media regarding projectors and lamps. Overall I find their customer service and efficiency to be generally excellent. This includes quick response from enquiries, updates, equipment recommendations and installations. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any projector inquiries and/or components.
