I've been doing business with Prepass for 15 months. They are a nightmare. They bill my card then send the invoice days later. I sent back my device in April. Paid for at my expense via UPS and today, June 2, 2022 they have not issued a refund. Instead they provide excuses why after my 3rd call they continue to keep my money months after the device has been returned.
Don't really have any problems with my device.

They charged me almost 1000 bucks and another 450 few days ago and i asked them a hard copy of my. ills they deny to send it to me.I think we all should take a legal action against prepass.

I wish I get more green lights to bypass the weight stations, I don't think I received enough greens lights because I have pulled to weight stations too often.

My problem with prepass is that I don't know how to see the charges broken down by each toll station, so it gives me the impression that I'm paying blindly, the time difference doesn't help to associate payments with recently visited areas... maybe the way to do it exists but the training I received when acquiring the service was very poor. Among other things, the app is also not very comfortable and I recently received an invoice for a toll that prepass should have covered

Company take money from my account do not inform me. We make agreement, money will be pulling end to the month, not twice in the month. People doesn't now I do have money in the account or not , just pulled and done. I'm disappointed.

I closed my account and returned my device nearly 45 days ago. Yet they are still billing me. I don’t understand. Update: This has been resolved.
