We wanted a portable unit to take away with us on day trips e.g. beach days, camping etc. I called Power-2go and I have to say they were extremely helpful, they advised what product would be best suited for my needs and the product came the next day! Bought an EcoFlow River Pro unit from this company because a review on Amazon said they were far better for warranty than going through the European EcoFlow support if bought through Amazon. They have a direct number, fantastic customer support, and even helped me redirect the delivery elsewhere at short notice. I shall recommend them.
