Several deliveries (that is how they work) which is a bit inconvenient and sometimes take up to six weeks to get it all. These times there are also problems with lockdown rules... Last delivery had bottles stolen out of a package but this was sorted out within two days to my satisfaction.
The online order and payment was not as streamlined as I was expecting with a glitch happening during payment. I had to phone in and have the problem fixed before my order went through even though my credit card had already been charged. The help desk person who helped me was super friendly and helpful, though and I received my wine order without further glitches. Thank you.

Port2Port has unusual wines available for purchase in singular bottles. The delivery was fast and efficient. This dessert wine rounded off an enjoyable meal perfectly. Perhaps it may be an idea to allow purchases of cheaper single bottles from a single wine estate to make up a mixed case. Its probably not possible from the wine farm side, but it would be nice to try a mixed case before buying a whole case of a particular wine.
Why do you dispatch expensive rare red wine on a Friday afternoon so it can stand and boil in the courier van all weekend?
