The response by Reeva made the comedy of errors bearable as she was engaging in resolving the situation. Her responsiveness in her communication help a lot. It's understandable mistakes happen but the amount of mistakes that occurred in my order were indicative of a problem in the supply chain however Reeva ensured that they were all resolved as quickly as humanly possible. Reeva highlighted the value of how great/expectational customer service and communication is critical in an online business and can help save face. I was a first time buyer of port2port and I will still consider purchasing again through this platform (if I know there is a hope that there are more Reeva's in the company).
