The delivery arrived as per order but it was late and the communication related to late delivery was quite limited.

I have been waiting for nearly 2x weeks for my wine order. My colleagues ordered wine from P2P later on the same day as me; they have already received their orders whilst I am still waiting...

I purchased a bottle of whiskey, which the website claimed they had 2 in stock of. A few days later, I got a call from P2P, saying that they didn't have any stock as they sell the same stock on the website as they do in a shop. It was very disappointing They were however very apologetic which I appreciated and they were quite prompt in refunding me. They also gave me a voucher for the inconvenience.
The Website is great, with good information on the wines. However delivery charges are heavy, particularly where one order gets split via different suppliers. This also means that one order can get delivered over a couple of different dates - not really convenient.
First time using Port2Port.wine. Delivery came much earlier than expected. Great experience.

I placed a fairly large order and had a few questions and niggles with the website (the latter plausibly my fault). The team responded extremely quickly to emails and were terrific in getting the order finalised; they called me up, immediately understood everything I was asking for, called around to check some stock levels, and the order arrived in good shape soon after. Port2Port has some of the best customer service of anyone selling wine in SA.
