We ordered a pool heat pump through pool set after getting some good advice from David. Couldn't be happier with both the company and the heat pump, it's made such a difference already to the usage we would normally get out of the pool.

Delivered my Pool filter when they say. Not bad for Cairns Qld. Once pipework was modified to suit everything went well. David even changed my order for me (Once I had already paid for the 75 model and delivered the 100 instead of the 75 complete filter assembly.

Product doesn’t work. Received excellent advise over the phone, as well as emailed instructional video, but it still doesn’t work. We bought new hoses, double checked our filter (which works fine) and spent several hours trying to make it go- but no joy.
