A good Experience Good communication, reasonable cost, and our belongings were obviously stored well as all clothes and bedding etc came back exactly as we packed them, with no musty smells despite being away for almost a year.
2nd time using pods.... over the moon as usual cant thank Scott and the team enough.
The team were great, professional and friendly and the whole house was packed up in less than 1.5 hours. They even helped knock on the neighbours doors to get the cars moved!
highly recommended - a stressful day was made so much easier by the team from PODS who worked so hard to get all our packing done in an efficient and quick manner whilst maintaining high levels of both professionalism and humour. Despite delays in getting the keys and making their day longer than we had all hoped, they continued with their upbeat mood and had us unpacked in our new home in almost no time .. totally positive experience and would without hesitation strongly recommend.

Not the cheapest but definitely one of the best. From office staff to the boss everyone was so helpful, with the sole aim of reducing the stress of moving.

Excellent removal, storage and return of the furniture with nothing damaged. Removal and delivery men were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Excellent in dreadful weather, unfortunately we left the fridge/freezer behind, I should have checked the rooms before locking the doors. Otherwise ever went quite smoothly.
PODS were excellent, great team of lads who go above and beyond in the run up to moving day and moving day itself. Can’t recommend them enough

Very disappointing. You have to pay in full to guarantee a date, no deposit option or cancellation waiver offered. I remain £600 down due to this and unforeseen complications in our chain (outside of my control). Also not a member or ‘BAR’. I am annoyed with myself for not doing further research beforehand. Ladies on the phone friendly but apparently it’s always the busy season and they couldn’t provide me with any options regarding making a formal complaint.... They offer to ‘pencil you in’ and say they will let you know if someone else wants the date and is willing to pay (so you can decide to go ahead and make payment). They did however give me the heads up on two occasions once someone had paid so it was too late anyway, very strange system... In the end I called CHESHIRE REMOVALS, absolutely fantastic. Offer a cancellation waiver option for circa £110 for piece of mind (as we all know how unpredictable house buying can be). Date reserved, just phone and pay after exchange. The quote was comparable and the service second to none.......LESSON LEARNT!

Highly recommended! The office team were really helpful and supportive throughout the process. They were flexible and understanding through an awkward completion. The moving team were also great. Helpful, friendly and efficient.
Not at all what. I expected service very poor I could have got the same service for half the price over the other side of Manchester and with a pod twice the size of the one I had but did not find it until after o well would most definitely not use pods ever again. Or recommend them.
