Easy ordering great delivery got to be good!

Do not purchase from this company. I was told incorrect and dishonest information on 3 separate occasions regarding a delivery date for a Seymour Duncan SJB1 pick up. The worst purchasing experience in my 30 years as a musician. Update - PMT have admitted to having a known stock tracking issue in addition to a known issue regarding the reliability of their suppliers. Avoid at all costs. Update 2: known supply chain issues "we’re unable to guarantee the exact arrival dates, as logistics and supply chain issues" "Please note we are at the mercy of our supplier who confirmed the ETAs to us."

They are very good. They sent a speaker cabinet cover to me really quickly and a great price. However it doesn’t fit the speaker they advertised it would.. it’s too much hassle to return. I know for sure they would sort it out if I had .. so it’s not like they are a bad company. I have and will use them again. It’s just they got their advertisement wrong this time and it’s just not viable for me to return the item

I have never used this company before so can only rate this experience on this one time purchase, having researched I decided to purchase a Tenor saxophone from PMT, they were not the cheapest but offered next day delivery compared to the 3 day delivery from competitors, delivery should have been the 27/01/25 its now the 30th and I'm still waiting for the saxophone so in hind sight I could have paid less and had it probably quicker.

Tbh, I thought the shipping cost was a little high for a £10 item, and decided to pick up the item at Romford, as I'd decided to get another couple of items and would be in the area anyway... plus the staff there are friendly and knowledgeable. I might buy something from PMT Online again if I know exactly what I want, and the cost of the article justifies the shipping cost, but generally I prefer dealing with someone at the retail outlet.

Stephen Atherton was so helpful. He really did everything he could to ensure my problem was dealt with quickly and effectively. Great communication and went above and beyond. Such a relief knowing that a company like this has good customer service that you can rely on in case of anything going wrong. Thanks again Steve!

I've watched many of PMT's YouTube reviews and find them informative and entertaining. This combined with their intuitive website and speedy delivery estimate (yet to be confirmed), made me choose PMT to complete my purchase with them.

Fast and easy

Excellent, easy to use website, extremely quick delivery of a perfect amp.

The amp was very competitively priced and arrived safely the next day. Sounds great too! (Not sure my neighbors agree but there you go)

The product (a bag) was of good quality and a great price. When it didnt arrive on time, I emailed PMT and received an immediate apologetic response assuring me of immediate dispatch and a refund of my delivery charge. The bag arrived the next day (the refund even sooner). One star deducted for the delay but the response was awesome.
