Made an order and the customer service was excellent. My order was lost or damaged twice by the delivery company- no fault of pet plus. Caroline ensured I was kept updated throughout the process of getting it redelivered. Shipping was next day and customer service was very quick and effective.
My dog loves this food and he is so healthy on them. The quality is lovely and have had a good effect all over on his behaviour and his poops. Great variety of flavours as well and he loves them all.
