This company are always excellent that is why I continue to use these! I wish I could say the same about the courier they use DHL they mess up my delivery almost every time, this time they didn’t deliver when they said and I run out completely of my dogs food so had to go to the shop to buy emergency supply. Plus pets themselves are outstanding every time. DHL let them down!
Price was the cheapest around for the food I was looking for, the process was easy and when I had a query the reply was prompt and helpful. I then also had a follow up email to ensure all was well which wasn't needed or expected, but very much appreciated.
