I ordered nugget food for my guinea pigs and came in a box and when I opened the box yesterday the top of bag had been cut across opened. Service from ordering to delivery was great an because I had run out of nugget food for my guinea pigs I couldn't send back. I would still order from yourselves my piggies nuggets as service was great from ordering. Things happen sometime. I would recommend people ordering from yourselves. I will upgrade to a 4 star. Sorry I was a bit harsh.

Maybe change your delivery company. On my delivery email I responded with leave in porch if no one home - the delivery driver left the cardboard box leaning against an outside wall (not in porch) where it was exposed to pouring rain all day. The soaked box collapsed. Just about managed to get wet bag of feed into dry back of my pick up. However part of bag disintegrated due to being wet, when I took it out at horse yard. Will try and find somewhere local to buy my agrobs in future instead.
