The customer service has been great so far. I had an issue with my order and it was resolved within few hours. The equipment looks and performs great! Tried the flexshaft on hardened grease on pvc. It performed well with water running. Next time will try the cast iron chains on hard grease even on pvc. I think they will perform well and get the job done faster. I wish the the flexshaft carrier had the holes offset to make it easier to run the cables from within
