I ordered an ironing board that had a £12.99 delivery charge on it. After waiting weeks I emailed to ask where it was. Three days later I got a reply saying they had contacted the courier to ask. Another few days went by and I asked again where it was. Apparently the courier had no idea. I then had to email again to ask what they were going to do. They asked if I wanted another or a refund. I wanted another. At least a week later I emailed and asked where it was. The reply was 'we don't have any in stock but we have one the same with a different cover on, do you want that?' I said 'yes please ASAP' two days later it arrived. I emailed and suggested they deducted the delivery charge as it had taken almost 6 weeks to deliver and they only informed me of what was going on if I emailed and asked. The reply was short. 'No they can't refund the delivery charge' That was it! I wouldn't use this company again. They really need to sort out their customer service etc. It's appalling. And there is absolutely no reason why they couldn't have refunded my delivery charge. It was their choice not to.
Slow delivery, badly packed so damaged on arrival I contacted them by email sent them photos of damage at their request and was met with rude response and refusal to replace item with undamaged one. Have checked reviews since my purchase and discover many people have had the same rude response about their purchases. AVOID THIS SELLER

I was a little reticent about ordering from a company I did not entirely know, and the website was a little dated looking to say the least. The price and pretty decent reviews convinced me in the end. I got my sunglasses over a week late, however they were seriously cheaper than elsewhere. They also got back in touch regarding my delay fairly quickly which is far better than many discount websites. Would I use them again? Absolutely - as long as I didn't need the item promptly.
Ordered the cooler table, exactly as described, came quickly, very pleased with it.

Didn't receive my item, had to send a total of 24 emails and 6 phone calls, of which only about 10% were answered. Total period needed to deal with them: 50 days. Steer well clear of ever ordering anything from them.
DREADFUL company awful service, would not use again or recommend. On a damaged item which cost £125.00 the offered me a discount of £2.00. DO NOT use.

Having purchased a Range Rover Evoque Remote Control Electric ride on for my daughter as a special Christmas 2013 present, today, 16th March, I still do not have a working toy for my daughter, almost three months after she was given it. Pluckpoint responded promptly initially suggesting the battery needed to be replaced and a new battery arrived, with a date stamp older than that of the one fitted. Surprise, this still didn't solve the problem and the toy ran for less than 5 minutes on remote and a further two minutes on manual. Next Pluckpoint deflected me to Flying Gadgets who I assume are the suppliers of this product to Pluckpoint. Again I was responded to quickly however it was suggested that the battery charger was the issue. A new charger was issued to us. After charging the battery for the required time the same problem presented itself. The car would not run for more than 5 minutes. That afternoon, I informed Flying Gadgets that the car still did not work and was surprised to hear that they thought it was the battery ! A new battery has been dispatched, received Friday 14th March, charged and tested and guess what ....... The SAME PROBLEM is there. It will run for 5 mins on remote and then just stops and will not move on manual or remote. It is a lovely looking vehicle (toy) however the build quality isn't as good as I would expect and the performance appears to mimic the issues that Range Rover have had historically ( and I love the Sport variant ), poor reliability. Despite several requests to remedy the problem I still have a Christmas 2013 present for my daughter that is inoperative and a real disappointment. Awful aftersales and apathy to resolve a problem on a £200 + item.

My order was delivered promptly however when it arrived it was in poor condition as it had been sent with no outer protective packaging and the inner manufacturer box was damaged, looking like a second hand item from ebay rather than a brand new purchase costing over £60. I contacted Pluckpoint immediately and sent them photographs of the item, they confirmed my complaint was being investigated but I have now been waiting 10 days for a response. This item is a gift for my son and I am very disappointed with the customer service.
The parcel came wrapped in nothing more than a sheet of bubble wrap meaning my son saw his special Christmas pressent when the courier handed it it me! I have called and emailed Pluck Point but have been ignored! A simple sheet of paper would have avoided this. Extremely upset that the surprise is now ruined due to simple inconsideration!
ordered a kitchen appliance, waited nearly a week for despatch. Tried to phone several times (premium call rate!) but could not get through most of the time, and the one time I did, the person on the other end of the phone hardly spoke any english at all! Product arrived and was a used secondhand item (advertised as new) and now cannot get a refund! My advice is not to try and save a couple of quid by using this shower ... use a company a bit more reputable
