Overall, this is a quality item, it looks fantastic, and doesn’t take up much space. There are at least two minor issues though: 1. The wheel base mounting deck has some up and down wobble due to somewhat loose tolerances on the linear motion bearing track. And to a lesser extent, there is some side-to-side wobble due to the unreinforced thin metal on the bottom of the wheel base mount (where it attaches to the track). 2. No matter how tight I tighten the wheel base mounting deck, if I pull up and down on my steering wheel somewhat forcefully, the deck will move, which is not great. Going to try and use some washers to see if that helps.

Excellent quality product, extremely fast shipping to the US (inside of a week). They didn't have everything I wanted in stock at the time, I would have purchased the pro shift brackets if they had been in stock. Otherwise a stellar experience from a stellar company! Keep up the good work!

J'avais repéré des fauteuils pour F1 et après m'être renseigné , on m'avait répondu que , ayant du FANATEC en matériel de simulation , il fallait que je m'oriente vers un Playseat PRO , car plus adapté et plus solide ...du coup j ai demandé si je pouvais avoir une ristourne sur le prix et un responsable m'a dit que oui . .du fait d être obligé au vu du matériel , de devoir acheté un siège plus cher ...j ai pris un MERCEDES petronas pro et j'ai obtenu un Excellent TARIF .je recommande vivement ce site et cette marque ... Les responsables sont très sérieux et professionnels ....🤓

Op donderdagavond de zwarte uitvoering van deze stoel besteld. Het bestellen en betalen gaat probleemloos. Zie ik later dat er ook een rode uitvoering van deze stoel, wat eigenlijk onze voorkeur heeft. Na vrijdagmorgen een mail gestuurd te hebben komt er een supernetjes en vriendelijk antwoord dat gekeken gaat worden wat de mogelijkheden zijn om de zwarte stoel om te wisselen voor een rode. Daarna kwam er binnen een uur een antwoord dat het geregeld is. Vervolgens wordt de omgeruilde stoel netjes met dezelfde levertermijn geleverd, binnen 24 uur. De stoel wat netjes verzonden in een dubbele verpakking. Ook door de fabrikant was alles super netjes en veilig verpakt om beschadigingen te voorkomen. Op de handleiding om de stoel in elkaar te zetten is ook niet bespaard. Dat is een normale handleiding op A4-formaat met duidelijke uitleg. In elkaar zetten was dan ook een fluitje van een cent. Alle materialen zijn van echt degelijke kwaliteit. Niet alleen deze stoel maar ook de organisatie en de mensen die daar werken verdienen van mij allemaal een dikke 10. Zowel voor het product als voor de dientsverlening. Daarom: voor alles 5 sterren. Bedankt!

Honestly the best customise service team I think I’ve spoken to. Ordered the Formula Playseat but unfortunately it wasn’t able to be shipped to the UK because of brexit, so they offered me the Red Bull Racing Pro playseat for a difference of £90 (€100). No hassle, no stress, absolutely brilliant

Super Sitz, macht Spaß und mit dem Logitech G923 + Handschaltung fühlt es sich an wie im richtigen Rennwagen. Ich kann den Sitz nur weiter empfehlen. Top Verarbeitung und leicht aufzubauen.
