J'ai commandé un de leurs sièges de gamers pour la course, mais dû à la covid ils m'ont suggéré de prendre un siège un peu plus dispendieux, mais avec un rabais de 40€ sur 80€ ainsi que d'un tapis xl au lieud'unnormal. Le siège qui m'ont suggéré ne me plaisait pas et j'ai demandé un autre pour le même prix et ils ont acceptés. La communication était très rapide entre nous et je suis très satisfait du service. Merci!!

I was planning to order from Playseat a racing rig. Thought I could do it online, but I did have some questions to ask. So I start a Live Chat with one of the customer service people. They responded to my questions real fast, very experience and created an order for me. The overall experience with the customer service is one of the best I've ever had.
