Not able to place an order without signing up and wasn’t sure why my date of birth was required to but I guess that’s the marketing process for you nowadays. Items were well packed and communication was very good from start to finish. Ordered fit sticks as we received samples and a voucher from crufts. We purchased a few samples and they were enjoyed by my dog, not messy to use at all. Definitely would purchase again.
