Pizzatime makes it easy for remote teams to organize pizza, lunch, coffee, or drink parties. It only takes 2 minutes to set up and is used by teams at Walmart, Nike, Salesforce, and Hyundai (to name a few).
Failed to deliver the pizza and when I followed up about it, they said they could not find a pizzeria nearby that would be able to deliver. Ridiculous considering I live in FiDi, manhattan.
Accessibility and reliability
Our drinks arrived almost an hour late... At the 45 minute mark we all gave up and ended the virtual happy hour (scheduled for 60 mins). This was meant to be a celebration of the teams hard work over several months and it was a pretty big let down to not have our drinks delivered on time. Company offered $30 off when I asked for a discount but final invoice showed .30 cents instead. Hoping they will honor the $30.
Thank you for your service
Created an order. On the delivery day, I didn’t get a phone call or text, I felt forgotten. I even got a confirmation email that I would receive an order from coffee time bot. Update - I finally got my order, i think it came late last night but the coffee was cold by then. I wish the driver would have communicated with me.
I always wanted to try this place . I saw how it had been highly rated by trip advisor. Well it’s sub par. I’ve had way better in NYC. I’ve also had better in several other places. It is way overpriced for what it is. At half price I would have said it was alright. At full price it’s a ripoff and just crap. I’m just being honest. I really wish it had been better.
Pizzatime made doing a virtual happy hour / pizza party with our fully remote team fun and easy! We are a small team and not having one person commit hours to sourcing addresses/coordinating this event was a huge benefit and worth every penny!
Great place! Delicious food!
I've used Pizzatime before for an event and loved it so used it again! For this event, everyone who was participating received their pizza and enjoyed it so that was great. Personally, I was a disappointed with the place my pizza came from. The place mine came from was know to be not the best pizza place in my neighborhood and I've eaten from there before and was not happy. Also, my pizza arrived at 3:50pm and I was not home yet from work as I was expecting it to arrive closer to or at 4:30pm which is when the event was to start. So my food sat in the entrance of my apartment where many pass. Overall, I would still use Pizzatime again.
My company has used PizzaTime multiple times for small get togethers and it usually works great. Like any human-coordinated service over multiple timezones and countries, there's bound to be a "moldy mushroom on the pizza" occasionally, but the few times that has happened, the customer service at PizzaTime has been quick and friendly to make everything right. They make the whole process so easy; they're at the top of my list for every work event.
Overall my team enjoyed the PizzaTime event. Our trivia host was excellent, and my teammates loved the concept, however 4 of my teammates never received their pizzas, and some of us didn't receive our pizzas until after the event, which resulted in some hungry tummies and disappointing experiences. I reached out to PizzaTime and they refunded us for the missing pizzas, which helped patch up our experience. I would recommend this product, however I hope they work through the issues we experienced with our event.
My remote team of 31 people loved the pizza party. The Bot delivered delicious pizzas to everyone in a timely manner. We will be using this service again!
I recently hosted a PizzaTime party with my remote team of 19 people across the country. It was so fun and easy to host, everyone got hot, delicious pizza, and it magically showed up at each of our doors on time! I definitely recommend PizzaTime to other leaders of remote teams!
My experience with PizzaTime has been overall great! I use this as an opportunity for some people to connect with new hires on our team each month. Since we are national this is a great option to get everybody something for the meetings and not even having to think twice about it. There are great options for pizza or a gift card alternative if the timing is too early for some people. Since I have started using PizzaTime we have had 3 meetings, and without a doubt there have been delivery issues on each one. I know this is out of control for PizzaTime, but can be frustrating. Customer service has been great though! Overall, definitely will continue to use their services, and probably try out the different options they offer.
This is the second time I have used pizzatime for a weekend work event. All pizzas were delivered and we had a nice virtual pizza lunch time together. We also had engineers in India and New Zealand who also received their orders. I recommend pizzatime to anyone who wants to get a large number of people together for a celebration or just food... Thank you Pizzatime.
I use the coffee version of pizzatime every week to welcome our new hires and it's amazing! It takes all of the logistical challenges off of my plate with a fully remote company and provides an incredible experience of a coffee magically appearing at someone's doorstep. If there's ever an issue with delivery, the company takes full control and always provides a solution.
Fantastic experience for a team of 17 spread out all over Southern California and even one individual in Oregon! Sign up and coordination was easy. Chat support to fix last minute addresses and additions was timely. Everyone's food arrived on time. This was such a hit with the team, that 2 separate teams from my company have plans to reach out and organize their own pizza party. Thank you for making our virtual time together meaningful and fun!
The pizza was good as usual and Pizzatime was quick & friendly when responding to me. This time, an order was not delivered though it was said to be (not Pizzatime's fault, they sent a new order right away). A minor issue - a couple of the beverages for our group were not correct, I don't know what that was about. Additionally, it does not seem any of the dietary preferences were taken into account that were left in the notes section. Usually this is cared for better. A note for whoever is in charge of conveying the dietary notes. Perhaps it was the restaurants, I don't want to place blame, just make it known and perhaps it could be looked at. Overall, solid service, just a little more attention to detail would be great. Thank you Pizzatime!
great team experience
We ordered Drink Time for a Friday afternoon team relaxation. When the meeting started, 4 of 11 team members didn't have their drinks, 4 got gift cards. This left only 3 members had a drink delivered. This was hard to enjoy a happy hour when over half the team had to get a drink from their own collection to enjoy. Additionally, orders were placed by Drink Time Rep in their name, so when the delivery was made the delivery driver wouldn't leave the drink due to customer name not matching the order name. Lastly, the drinks were delivered room temp. For a malted beverage, it left no time to cool down for the event. Overall, the concept is amazing, but the logistics needs fixed so that team events aren't a headache with people not being able to enjoy the event.
