Recently purchased pvc pipe and fittings for an aircon installation, this company provided a next day delivery after the order was placed, slight confusion as on receiving the goods no pipe! , a quick email to Zak on support desk sorted the situation!

Items ordered and arrived by DPD under normal delivery. One item was out of stock and this was itemised in the enclosed documentation with a forecast. Can e=mail to cancel and obtain refund. So far, a good service and costs are good.

I have not received parts, seven days and counting. Just to clear the air and respond to Pipework Suppliers. Parts ordered 25th 15:29, phoned on the 31st in the morning to see what was going on, went to answer phone left message and my phone number, no reply, so phoned again in the afternoon, went to answer phone. Now it’s a shame that you can respond to a Trusted Pilot review within 2 hours but couldn’t give me the same level of service. Hermes played their part with conflicting delivery information on their web site. I like to end on a good note, I have order from Pipework Suppliers in the past, because they have good quality products and are reasonably priced and I will order from them in the future.
